- Order length The order quantity is the set number of orders and the set number of sheets
- The current length is the distance the machine travels in real time, measured in millimeters (mm). In automatic mode, when the blade cuts to the bottom and touches the lower limit switch, it resets the current length. In manual mode, reset is required. Length Quantity: Simply click the corresponding reset button.
- Current quantity is the number of currently working items. Click to reset the quantity.

- Low Speed Distance: Distance from the cutting blade's travel speed
- Stop Delay: The time the machine stops and waits for cutting after reaching the desired length
- Double Blade Distance: Distance between the front shear blade and the rear shear blade (unit: mm)
- Stacking start delay, stacking receiving delay, stacking discharge time, stacking push time, stacking move-out time. The above is the time setting of stacking action, which can be set on site according to the situation.

Enter the displayed length and the actual measured length data, press the coefficient correction keyto automatically calculate and automatically modify the length correction parameters. After the calculation is complete, press return.
When there is scrap on the cutting edge, the calculation formula needs to be fine-tuned. Display length × pulse ÷ actual board length plus the thickness of the knife edge. When adjusting, you need to add the thickness of the knife edge to the actual board length. - Retracting time: The time for the cutter to move back after cutting the plate. The lift will be executed after the retreating time is completed.
When the inverter has an alarm, the screen will display that the solenoid valve will be automatically powered off when the solenoid valve is energized for too long. Press the emergency stop to reset
- Automatic operation(1) Check the direction of rotation of the oil pump motor. It must be rotated clockwise from the fan end of the motor.
(2) Check the pressure of the large and small oil pumps, generally adjust to 10-12Kg1cm2 (see the machine model)
Set the required number of length sheets. Check whether the oil pump, cutter, and main engine can work normally. Whether the emergency stop is released. Raise the cutter to the upper limit. Turn on the automatic switch.
During the normal production process, spot check for changes to avoid unnecessary waste.
- Failure screen
1. Short circuit between the upper and lower limits of the cutter

Instructions for restoring factory settings: When the PLC program calculates an error, you can clear all the set data and return to the factory state. Remarks: To restore the factory settings, a permission password is required, the first-level password is 11111111, the second-level password is 123456, and the third-level password is 33333333.
- Fault diagnosis.1. The control box has no power
(1) Check whether the external power supply is good.
(2) Check if there is any loose or detached thread in the control box.
(3) Check whether the electrical components are damaged, and replace the accessories
(4) Whether the emergency stop is open.
2. The oil pump cannot be started.
(1) Check the input power.
(2) Check the start button.
(3) Check the starter oil pump contactor.
(4) Check the oil pump motor.
3. The host cannot move forward or backward
(1) Check the host forward button
(2) Check whether the inverter alarms
(3) Check whether the emergency stop is pressed or
(4) Check the power switch
(5) Check if there is any jamming of the steel belt.
(6) To check whether the electricity is normal, you need to contact the manufacturer, and non-professionals are not allowed to change the electrical components without authorization. - The length of the count is not accurate and the deviation is very large(1) Check whether the mechanical part of the encoder is in good condition, and whether the counting wheel is in firm contact with the section steel.
(2) Before correcting the parameter setting, check whether the connecting shaft in the encoder is damaged or slipping. Or whether the encoder wheel is spinning and slipping
(3) The encoder line should be separated from the power line and enter the host as far as possible to avoid interference.
(4) The deceleration length is not fixed, generally set about 100-150mm to reduce the inertia value and improve the accuracy. - Daily maintenance1. Adjust the screw, add oil once per shift.
2. The bearing is filled with calcium-based lubricant once every six months.
3. Check the transmission chain and add calcium base oil once a month.
4. Refuel the tool part before equipment operation.
5. The hydraulic oil is replaced within one and a half years, depending on the situation.
6. Check the oil pump and main motor for abnormal noise before starting up.
7. Keep clean in the control box and remove dust frequently. - Precautions and warnings:1. Please provide reliable grounding. PLC grounding and motor grounding are separated and should be set separately.
2. Please check whether the voltage is stable, the required voltage range (three-phase 480V ± 10% 50Hz), and different voltage levels abroad need to be reconfigured.
3. Separate control lines such as encoders and photoelectric switches from the power lines as far as possible to avoid interference. The motor, solenoid valve, and main power supply are led in at one end, and encoders and photoelectric switches are led in at the other end of the control cabinet.
4. The control cabinet must not be placed in direct sunlight, which will damage the LCD screen.
5. Non-professionals are not allowed to adjust the equipment in the cabinet.
6 If the equipment is damaged due to the above reasons, the cost will be borne by the customer's consultation.
7. The wiring inside the cabinet is subject to change without notice.
